Any client renting a Nashville Event Space managed venue has the option to utilize our design assistance at no additional charge. And if you may already have an event planner, we are happy to work alongside them to help execute a flawless event on your behalf.
WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGES
Our experienced Wedding Designers & Coordinators can take the stress off you and your family on the wedding day. Our sister company, Randi Events, offers wedding coordination packages in any venue, not just Nashville Event Space managed venues.
CEREMONY + RECEPTION COORDINATION
- Assist with vendor selection and scheduling prior to the event
- Direct the ceremony rehearsal
- Direct the wedding ceremony
- Construct a day-of timeline
- Direct reception events
- On-site coordinator at venue(s) throughout the event day
When renting a Nashville Event Space venue, clients are offered design services courtesy of Randi Events. This is an optional service. Clients who utilize the Randi Events design services to produce an event can expect:
- A 3-dimentional floor plan design
- Hotel reservations / room blocks for you & your guests
- Transportation arrangements (limos, buses, parking spaces, etc.)
- Menu planning with our approved caterers
- Floral selection and design assistance
- Assistance booking entertainment like (DJ or Band)
- Ceremony site selection
- Assistance finding an ceremony Officiant
- Styling of event in regards to décor, sound and lights

Nashville Event Space venues are also the perfect place to host your rehearsal dinner. Our venues can nicely accommodate groups of all sizes, from small groups of 50 to 100 to larger groups of 100 to 250! Your guests will enjoy all the sights and sounds of downtown Nashville while they attend the “party before the PARTY”! We make it easy for you! We can plan dinners large and small, from upscale and sophisticated, to casual Southern themed events. Our venues are sure to impress your guests as you Welcome them to Nashville and kick start the weekend festivities.
You can choose from one of the many wonderful caterers on our our approved caterers list and even better you can BRING IN YOUR OWN ALCOHOL! Each client’s specific needs will determine their specific costs and our event designers are happy to work with each client individually to create an event that satisfies your taste and your budget.
